Welcome one and all to this my first attempt at a Blog.
The best I can figure a Blog can be many things such as a Journal be it the tried and true Diary to Opining on various subjects, near'bout anything is fair game. So in that vain let me first introduce myself.
Though born and for the most part raised in the deep South I am not the a typical Redneck one envisions when they think of the average 58 year old white male of profoundly deep Southern roots. Such things as I am not Evangelical, I am not Homophobic, I have am open mind or at least I try to. These things don't seem to go real well with loving to Hunt, Fast Cars/Trucks/Bikes,The Stars and Bars,Smoking Q while jamming on the Blues,guns and gardening. Lets just say ya can take the Bigot out the Boy but the Country is Forever!
As time goes we will go to know each other, I hope at any rate that you will enjoy my views on politics, religion,current events, meanderings and rants. Basically whatever I get to pondering on. Know this, I love Quotes and just so happened upon this little jewel which I dedicate this Blog, trying always to keep to its intent:
